Wyolene White, 87, of Bell, Florida, died Friday, June 2, 2017, at the Angel Medical Center in Franklin, North Carolina. She was born March 23, 1930, in Jacksonville, Georgia, the daughter of Hillsman and Bertha Gibbs.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, friend, and prayer warrior. She was a faithful servant of God. She loved serving on the Board of Directors for Mission in Action for God, Inc., playing cards, and fishing.
If asked to sum up her life by scripture, it would be, I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto them also that love his appearing. 2 Timothy 4:7-8 (KJV).
She is survived by her husband Julion White of Bell, FL; eight children, Brenda Charron Shreve of Franklin, NC, Cliff (Delane) Charron of Baker, FL, Dan (Terri) Charron of Blue Ridge, GA, Paul (Elizabeth) Charron of Bell, FL; Dianna (Ray) Workman of McCormick, SC, Marcia Arlene Charron (James) Hodge of High Springs, FL, Marty (Polly) White of McCormick, SC, Bobby White of Sebring, FL; 13 grandchildren, Michael Brown, Melanie Parker, Aaron Charron, Melissa Youmans, Amanda Cowsert, Matt Hodge, Emily Hodge, Marissa White, Sarah White, Michael White, Stephen White, Jennifer White, Tyler White; 14 great grandchildren; two sisters, Virginia Weeks and Juanell (Donnie) Graham, and her beloved Beaux Beaux.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hillsman and Bertha Gibbs, a sister, Faye Thompson, and a brother, Charles Gibbs.
Graveside Service will be held in High Springs, FL on Thursday, June 8 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Spring Ridge First Church of God Cemetery with Pastor Eddie Hatch officiating.
A memorial service was held in Franklin, NC, Saturday, June 3, 2017 at Cartoogechaye Church of God, Pastor Philip Cochran and Pastor Brian Southard officiating.
